Biography

Chris Martin

Chris Martin was born in 1987 in Perth, Western Australia. Taking piano lessons at age eight and later picking up a guitar at age sixteen, Chris eventually went on to earn a Bachelor of Creative Arts at Edith Cowan University, double majoring in Creative Music Technology and Film & Video.

From 2009 to 2021, Chris worked at Utopia Financial Partners, largely dealing with client investments and data archiving. He was the producer on a radio show from 2018 to 2021 called Living Laughing & Learning, and has also hosted his own show called Shred Heads.

Chris has co-written several songs for Spectrum Fusion, including Get My Wings (the official theme of Reactor Room), Live To See 40, and White Knights. When Chris isn’t at work or on the radio, he can usually be seen practicing guitar, at a local rock concert or at HBF Park urging on his team Perth Glory.
